Please read this information carefully!

1. Order

Filling and sending the reservation form means an order.

2. Paying your reservation

You can pay your reservation only with credit card, using the simple and safe payment system of the Hungarian OTP bank.

4. Voucher

After the money or the check arrived, we send you your voucher by email, which you should print and bring along. You can get your reserved accommodation only with this voucher. Don't forget to take this voucher that we will send you by email after your payment, because without it we cannot guarantee an accommodation for you.

5. Receipt

For the receipt of your accommodation you will need to have:

• The voucher that we sent you by email
• Identity card or passport
• Student card if you have, because in this case you don't need to pay the tourist tax.

Don't forget any of them!

Unfortunately there is no way to cancel your reservation and to return the money or the check.

By doing the payment you take notice of the content of the Annex 1. and you accept the conditions.
